Carrot, Raisin, Sweet Potato Jam

1 packet Carrot/Raisin/Sweet Potato
1 ½ cup warm water
1 tbs. chia seeds
¼ - ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a tightly sealed jar.
- Shake to combine for a jam-like texture.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
